YOUR TASKS:
Processing inquiries for spare parts regarding price and availability through various channels such as phone, tickets in the Servicecloud by Salesforce, and the Altendorf Group app, including creating spare part quotes and orders in the SAP system.
Invoicing for completed service assignments (working hours & materials). Updating the inventory of service technician vehicles using SAP. Handling return requests, including creating credit notes. Maintaining master data in SAP and Salesforce. Ensuring availability for phone calls.YOUR PROFILE:
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship. Work experience in service support, including technician coordination.
High level of customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills, self-organized, personal commitment, and willingness to work in a team.
