At Noco, design is at the heart of everything we do. As the Lead Designer for Taylors Island, you will be responsible for spearheading website projects from conception to launch and beyond. Your role will involve leading design projects, ensuring a seamless and effective translation of client needs into clean, functional web designs that have a radical impact on their business.

In collaboration with our Development team and Noco's leadership, you will guide design projects for SaaS and Tech companies that aim for significant growth. You will excel at clear communication, comfortable with presenting high-level ideas, and skilled in persuading others to embrace your visionary design direction.

This is a remote-first role, and you will be leading a diverse and talented team located around the world. Despite geographical distances, we are a close-knit group, actively engaging through regular gatherings and constant communication.

Responsibilities:

Lead design projects and manage a team of Designers to create intuitive, aesthetically refined websites.

Direct and ensure the accurate translation of client needs into detailed wireframes and high-fidelity design concepts.

Delegate design work to your team of designers and oversee how they turn your high-fidelity direction and wireframes into fully fleshed website designs ready for development.

Maintain continuous alignment with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
