Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring new customers
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customers
- Product consultation and presentation, as well as training
- Onsite visits to hospitals and clinics, working with all doctors and operating room staff, as well as with private (specialist) medical practices and partners
- Utilizing all forms of media: telephone, email, video conferences, chats, and messengers
- Further developing the presentation and sales of our complex products and services at Stapleline
- Close collaboration with the internal sales team through creating offers and optimizing processes
- Market observation and analysis
- Participation in trade shows, conferences, and similar events, including all digital formats
- Providing service and support
- Most importantly, you will also contribute to the improvement of our product development by bringing in your experiences and feedback from the medical field.
