About us

The State Enterprise SIB, consisting of the headquarters in Dresden, seven branches throughout Saxony, and the Central Land Management division, ensures professional and economically-oriented real estate and construction management for the Free State of Saxony. The Technical Operations department is responsible for coordinating new construction and renovation projects for building systems in the properties of the Free State of Saxony (university construction) and in civilian and military properties of the federal government. This includes coordination, preparation, planning, implementation, and documentation of building systems, taking into account economic, functional, and design aspects. You can expect an interesting, complex, and diverse range of tasks.
