  • Join our team in Woodruff, SC As a team leader for component development in the automotive industry, you will play a crucial role in our customers' projects.
  • Communication is key Your daily tasks will include coordinating and closely collaborating with process partners (m/f/d), both internally and externally.
  • You will define component requirements in close collaboration with the customer's departments and create specifications and test plans.
  • Time management is essential You will create development and validation schedules for all components.
  • Always looking ahead With your ideas and implementations, you will contribute to the growth of your team together, you will continuously develop the "Component Design" team.
  • Ready to take off with a completed technical degree.
  • You have basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and are motivated to expand this knowledge in exciting project environments.
  • Previous experience in series development projects in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and are a confident communicator in both German and English.
  • Have previous experience in leading teams? Great But even without prior leadership experience, we will support you in growing into this position.
