Job Description:

As an electrical installation technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing systems for power supply, control and regulation, signaling, and lighting technology.

The training will take place both in the training workshop and in the specialized departments at the Gütersloh location, as well as in vocational school.

Training Period:
The training period is 3 years and can be shortened under certain conditions.

Alternative Entry into Studies:

High-performing trainees have the opportunity to pursue a degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics after completing their training, provided they meet the necessary requirements.

Additional Training Activities:
Introduction trip
Product knowledge training for trainees by trainees
Numerous in-house workshops (e.g. mathematics, environmental protection, quality management)
Seminars on health promotion (e.g. nutrition, back health, cardiovascular health)
Seminars on occupational safety at the professional association
Various opportunities for individual further education
Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in working with numbers are required.
