YOUR TASKS:

Sampling and analysis of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products using established chemical and physical methods, such as:
Determination of water and fat content
Sieving and size determination
Refractometric and aw-value determination
Determination of flow and light values, particle sizes, and BCI values
Sensory testing
Management of retention samples of raw materials and finished products
Documentation, management, and evaluation of analyses.
