Job Description:
As the team leader for leasing, you will play a key role in training and managing the leasing team, leading sales efforts, and directing external marketing and advertising initiatives.
Your responsibilities also include developing and executing successful marketing plans, providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective community members, and assisting in market surveys.
You will actively participate in showing, leasing, and moving in prospective community members, while ensuring daily updates of unit availability.
Additionally, you will handle rental applications, maintenance requests, and collections in accordance with Red Tail's standards.Your role extends to clerical and phone support, maintaining accurate community member files, inspecting apartment homes to ensure they meet Red Tail's standards prior to move-in, and demonstrating the ability to resolve resident complaints.
You will conduct move-out unit walks as needed and perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor.Essential Functions:
Skills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors.

Plan and execute all on-site/off-site marketing and advertising.
Successfully organize and promote community events to current community members and future community members.
Facilitate all aspects in the community leasing process.

Qualifications:
Marketing and Advertising:
Extensive knowledge in social media
Excellent leasing and closing skills.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer and internet knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO
Learning and Development:
Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company's continuing education programs.
Education:
High school education or equivalent is required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of two year as a leasing consultant in the Multi-family Industry
Minimum of one year in a management position related to marketing and/or advertising in the multi-family industry or related field.
Special Requirements:
Physical Demands:
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands.
The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.
