The DAA Bavaria is looking for
Social Pedagogues (m/f/d) for Youth Measures at the
Augsburg location starting in January 2023.


Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting potential analyses as part of career orientation measures
  • Social pedagogical support and developmentoriented counseling, as well as individual assistance
  • Training of key competencies (e.g. strengthening selfconfidence, creating strengthsweaknesses profiles, etc.)
  • Assistance with career orientation
  • Activation and motivation of young people
  • Conducting social pedagogical group sessions
  • Supporting the development of young people in relation to the demands of the working and living environment
  • Close cooperation with teachers, educators, trainers, career counseling, companies, and vocational schools
  • Documentation of individual work

Apply if you meet the following criteria:

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy/work or social work, special education, or pedagogy with relevant supplementary subjects
  • Alternatively: completed degree in pedagogy and staterecognized educator or work educator with relevant professional experience and additional qualifications
  • Professional experience in working with young people and in the education sector is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication
