Project Manager

Responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous projects at various geographical locations, all in different phases of the project life cycle.

Ensuring that each project is managed in a way that (1) ensures the safety of the end solution and delivery, (2) maintains high standards of quality using proven procedures, (3) keeps the program on track to achieve milestones and goals on time, (4) continuously monitors costs to identify when action needs to be taken to maintain position.

This includes daily project management, communication between all departments of Mezzanine International, with direct responsibility for contract management planning, work scheduling, conducting site meetings, procuring labor and materials, and project handover.

Your responsibilities

Managing customer relationships as the first point of contact.

Managing the project life cycle from contract award to completion through the following phases (design, manufacturing, detailed planning, delivery, installation, handover).

Ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with required regulations.

Gathering information on construction preparation from the customer at the start of the project.

Preparing a site-specific set of risk assessment and method statement based on the company template.

Ensuring that projects comply with the company's health and safety standards and legal requirements.
