Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Work as part of the REI team and serve as a primary link between the construction team and the community, oversee communication strategies, organize community meetings, and promptly address concerns.
• Report specific outreach efforts related to construction activities at the site.
• Play a key role in ensuring successful project execution and fostering positive community relations.
• Work closely with the REI team, GC, and DDC inhouse staff on a day to day basis.
• Must have the ability to mitigate impacts and keep the project moving forward, in the event there are communitydriven projectrelated issues.
• Must keep record of the minutes for all Community Board (CB), Task Force/Stakeholder and any other meetings attended.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Construction Community Liaison for NYCDDC or other local NY City agencies projects.
• High School diploma, BS degree, or equivalent experience
• Must have good attention to detail, strong interpersonal, diplomacy, and problemsolving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Acrobat
• Must be able to work with a wide range of constituencies and diverse communities; address sensitive and complex questions; handle conflict; and manage various tasks
• Must have New York State Driver's License.
