'The Oberlausitz Care Home & Short-Term Care gGmbH, together with the Westlausitz Care Home & Short-Term Care gGmbH, is one of the largest providers of elderly care in the Bautzen district. With 720 employees, we provide care for 632 residents and 38 short-term care guests and 15 day care guests at our 8 locations.


We are currently seeking a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) for our care facility "Am Belmsdorfer Berg" in Bischofswerda to care for our 378 residents and 12 short-term care guests in 12 living groups.

The position is available immediately and offers 20-40 hours per week, with shifts in the morning and afternoon or as a permanent night shift.

We are open to discussing individual arrangements (morning/afternoon, morning/night, afternoon/night, 3-shift system, permanent night shift) in a personal interview.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing activating basic care
  • Administering medical treatments
  • Maintaining the independence of our residents and shortterm care guests
  • Creating individual care plans/SIS/action plans
  • Conducting digital care documentation and quality assurance measures

Qualifications:
