Experienced and loving nanny, with experience caring for infants, needed for full-time position (40 hours/week) in Goldendale, WA. Long-term, permanent employment. Educational/pedagogical background preferred.

Good references from previous positions, joy and motivation for working with children, reliability, punctuality, flexibility, resilience, and good manners required.


Children to be cared for:

an infant and a 3.5-year-old (who attends kindergarten until 2 PM and therefore only needs to be cared for on two afternoons).


Your responsibilities:
Accompanying children to leisure activities (e.g. music lessons, sports activities); picking up from kindergarten; arts and crafts; reading aloud; going for walks; supervising playdates with friends; visits to the playground, zoo, and recognizing the need for rest and creating quiet times for the children.

Creating a structured daily routine for the infant with fixed meal and nap times.

Light household tasks and errands, including cooking for the children, tidying up their rooms, sorting their laundry, etc. (cleaning service is available).

Working hours:

Monday-Friday, 5 days a week; weekends off; weekly schedule: 3 days/week from 7:30 AM to 3 PM and 2 days/week from 7:30 AM to 6 PM.

Willingness to occasionally babysit in the evenings, by prior arrangement, is advantageous. No travel accompaniment required; no overnight
