Currently, we are looking for several customer service representatives (m/f/d) for our client in Nuangola, PA as part of our
free direct placement (no temporary work).

YOUR TASKS:

• Written and telephone customer service
• Acceptance of customer orders
• Processing of tasks in the areas of invoices, relocation registration, cancellations, number porting, and switching processes
• Order processing
• Product optimization and recommendation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with computers and the internet
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken form
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
