To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
Financial or Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d/x) with a focus on group consolidation in Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent bookkeeping for individual companies (main and subsidiary books)
  • Preparation of annual financial statements for individual companies and monthly reporting
  • Preparation of an auditable consolidated financial statement for approximately 60 companies, including all mirror presentations
  • Further development of uniform accounting principles for the group
  • Creation of outgoing invoices
  • Formal invoice control and archiving in the document management system
  • Document and bank transactions
  • Cash management and booking
  • Verification of incoming and outgoing payments
  • Account reconciliation and clarification
  • Creation and processing of payment runs
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns

Qualifications:

  • Financial or balance sheet accountant with several years of experience in consolidation
  • Several years of experience in preparing annual financial statements
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with DATEV is an advantage
  • Structured and responsible work ethic
  • Attention to detail and reliability
