What to expect

  • Through your work, you support product development and enable informed decisions, from requirements to launch and beyond.
  • You advise the product management team and derive suitable UX research methods from the requirements to gain insights into the needs, motivations, and behaviors of our users.
  • In planning and conducting UX research studies, you always keep the user requirements in mind, in addition to the project goals.
  • In addition to productrelated analyses, you identify new opportunities for the development of further products through your work.
  • You combine your qualitative and quantitative methods with existing data such as web analytics and log data to get a comprehensive picture.
Requirements

What sets you apart

  • You have successfully completed a degree in information design, psychology, media informatics/HCI, or a comparable field.
  • You have experience in usercentered product development and have applied qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability tests or surveys.
  • Terms like product discovery, mixed methods, and design studio workshops are part of your basic vocabulary.
  • Ideally, you have UX research experience in an online marketplace in a B2C and B2B context.
  • Experience with remote research is a plus.
  • You speak German fluently and have good English skills.
  • Proactive action, curiosity, conscientiousness, and creativity are your strengths.
  • You are not yet an expert in luxury watches? Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know.
