Why are we looking? In our owner-managed veterinary group
doc4pets, every veterinarian has the opportunity to take over their own practice, to lead it and eventually become the owner.


doc4pets is looking for two experienced veterinarians as managing directors (m/f/d) for a small animal center in Idar-Oberstein, with the option to acquire shares and eventually take over the small animal practice. This is a new establishment with an adjacent training center. The expansion/introduction of your own areas of expertise is desired and supported.


Responsibilities:


  • You are wellversed in the daily routine of a modern, larger small animal practice or clinic (fully digital Xray, CT, (cardiac) ultrasound, inhouse laboratory, modern surgeries, etc.)
  • You are a good internist, surgeon, or have another area of expertise and would like to obtain a title (e.g. GPCert, specialist veterinarian)?
  • You want to lead your own practice and enjoy working with employees and organization?

Profile:


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a small animal practice or clinic
  • You are stressresistant, a team player, and enjoy working in teams
  • Foreign applicants are also welcome (our team consists of many nationalities)
