We would like to replace some old railings with new ones in Almanor, CA.

The railings would be a classic square model, in a burgundy color and able to open outwards. We need to install them in 3 areas:
- 1 balcony where the railing will be in an L shape: height 1.3m, first section 3.1m and second section 1.7m
- 2 balconies where the railing will be in an L shape: height 1.3m, first section 1.8m and second section 1.7m (this railing will be excluded if it exceeds our budget)
- 1 window with a regular railing: height 1.3m, width 1.5m - We need to figure out how to work around an obstacle for the installation.
