As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will support our software development teams in every aspect of their agile journey.

The focus is on the personal development of team members, continuous optimization of team collaboration, and collaboration across team boundaries.

Your responsibilities:

  • You organize and facilitate (Scrum) meetings for our agile development teams and coach them on selforganized work, agile values, methods, and roles.
  • You promote a functioning feedback and trust culture and act as a mediator when needed.
  • You strive to continuously improve team performance through continuous learning.
  • You support the teams in optimizing the agile development process (Scrum or Kanban) and help identify and eliminate any obstacles or weaknesses.
  • You organize, accompany, and moderate team events.

Your profile:

  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master and experience with agile (software) development methods.
  • Understanding of business
