This job is responsible and diverse, requiring manual dexterity, endurance, and careful work. During your training, you can choose from the following areas of focus: producing special meat and sausage products, creating classic and exclusive dishes, and packaging food products.During your training with us, you will learn:
- Procurement and refinement of meat
- Production of sausages according to traditional Eastern European recipes
- Operation of systems, machines, and equipment
- Understanding of legal regulations for food and hygiene, as well as occupational safety
- Successfully completed secondary school education
- A strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene
- Interest in the product and high-quality food
- Dexterity and manual skills
- Reliability and teamwork
- Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage
