Description
Administrative Assistant - Legal (Temporary)***: To provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support to the Departments of Legal Affairs and Corporate Compliance, including the Vice President and General Counsel and two Associate General Counsel, as well as the Director and Manager of Compliance and compliance auditors.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
Five to eight years of secretarial experience preferred. Experience in legal setting preferred, but not required. Excellent organizational skills required. Must be able to effectively maintain paper and electronic files in organized and consistent manner,
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required. Proficient in typing, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, paying bills and dealing with difficult people.
