    Join the team as a Kea Lani Restaurant (KLR) Manager!

    Do you have a passion for providing exceptional food & beverage experiences that truly showcase our destination? As the Kea Lani Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our breakfast venue offers a top-notch guest experience through effective leadership, strategic planning, and overseeing all restaurant activities.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

    What you will be doing:

    • Maintain an active presence in the venue and kitchen.
    • Lead the team to uphold service & hospitality standards, exceeding guest expectations.
    • Drive revenue and profit by implementing effective strategies and promotions while staying true to the venue's concept.
    • Manage labor and operating expenses through efficient scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory.
    • Engage with online feedback professionally and partner with the Executive Chef and Marketing/PR Manager for social media presence.
    • Ensure a thorough understanding of all menu items and oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant.
    • Focus on talent development, recruitment, and creating a safe yet engaging atmosphere.
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • High School diploma or equivalent, vocational training.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years managing food & beverage operations.
    • Experience in high-volume establishments and with Silverware point of sale system.

    Licenses or Certificates:

    • TB Clearance, Maui County Liquor Card, TIPS & Food Safety Certifications.
