The State School Office Frankfurt (Oder) intends, subject to the availability of budgetary resources, to fill the position of Deputy Headteacher (m/f/d) at the "An der Spree" Primary School in Neu Zittau, Berliner Straße 35, 15537 Gosen-Neu Zittau/OT Neu Zittau, as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:


Representing the Headteacher in their absence or unavailability; independently and responsibly carrying out tasks according to the distribution of responsibilities; supporting the Headteacher in their duties, particularly in collaboration with teachers, parents, and students with the goal of ensuring and developing the quality of school work, maintaining orderly teaching and educational activities, ensuring the school's profile and the process of developing, implementing, and evaluating a school program; promoting the school as a developing organization based on a pedagogical consensus and a constructive school culture, and collaborating with other institutions and authorities.


Requirements:


Qualification for the primary school teacher career; several years of proven experience in teaching in the primary school level for at least three years.


Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively, innovate in teaching and educational activities, and closely collaborate with the school authority, school supervision, and participation committees; assertiveness and organizational skills; high resilience; expected to show commitment, independence, and ability to work in a team; solid knowledge of school law in the state of Brandenburg; comprehensive knowledge of school management and organization; proven
