We are currently seeking reinforcements for our team for a project with our client, a renowned company in the aviation industry, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will provide operational support for international, organizational, and processchanging projects in the areas of change management, communication, and corporate culture in procurement and supply chain management.
  • You will implement the derived measures operationally, monitor and ensure the quality of ongoing activities in terms of work results and processes.
  • You will develop change and communication framework concepts for the global strategic direction of corporate procurement in dealing with changes, implement them, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • You will design internal online and print media, create campaigns, and implement them in terms of content.

Your profile:


  • You have a completed university or technical college degree in business, psychology, or human resources.
  • You have professional experience and comprehensive methodological knowledge in the areas of project & change management, communication, or organizational development.
