    Position Overview

    This Project Leader role within Space Enterprise and Warfighting Division, Space Security Concepts, provides analytical support to the Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP). The ideal candidate will collaborate with various groups to develop prototype Space Control systems and defense planning strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with government customers to define future Space Control Force Design parameters
    • Support the development of advanced Space Control systems from concept to operations
    • Leverage corporate expertise to provide technical support in space systems engineering
    • Lead high-performing teams and provide regular updates to senior management
    • Collaborate with interagency, military, and civilian communities
    • Interact with various organizations including US Space Force, Space Command, and others

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field
    • Minimum 6 years of professional engineering/scientific experience
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in space systems development
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Active Top-Secret SCI clearance with CI poly and US citizenship
    • Current SAP/SAR clearances

    Extra Qualifications

    • Graduate degree in engineering or related field
    • Over 10 years of experience in systems acquisition and project management
    • Knowledge of Space Control system technologies and defense planning
    • Experience working with government agencies and space system development programs

    Salary Range

    $103,300 - $169,000 annually
