YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and organizing administrative processes, business and service processes, as well as service offerings in various areas of the healthcare industry
  • General commercial activities in finance and accounting, as well as in personnel management
  • Development of marketing strategies and participation in internal quality management
  • During your training, you will go through areas such as patient administration and billing, financial accounting, project and revenue management, personnel management, procurement & logistics, controlling, cardiology outpatient clinic, and the IT department YOUR PROFILE
  • Willingness to learn and good communication skills
  • Customer and service-oriented approach
  • Diligent handling of confidential data
  • Proficiency in German spelling
  • Team and communication skills
  • Previous experience in the form of internships is desirable, but not a requirement WE OFFER
