For our client in Gera, we are looking for you as a customer advisor (m/f/d) in Marysvale.

Your future tasks as a customer advisor:

  • Customer support in the energy sector via telephone and email
  • Independent clarification of customer inquiries and correspondence
  • Acceptance and qualification of fault reports
  • Creation and modification of ongoing contracts
  • Processing and maintenance of master data
  • Complaint handling

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or experience as a telephone customer advisor advantageous
  • Confident handling of PC
  • Good comprehension
  • Ability to see and understand complex relationships
