We are looking for:

We are searching for an experienced
Head of Service (m/f/d) who can build and lead our service department. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing the service team and ensuring excellent customer support.


Your responsibilities:


  • Leadership and development of the service department
  • Coordination of first, second, and thirdlevel support
  • Ensuring topnotch customer care and support
  • Implementation of service standards and processes
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure service level agreements are met and service requests are processed
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measures for continuous improvement

What to expect as a Service Manager?
You will have contact with various departments, as second and third-level support is provided by developers and project engineers. This will allow you to quickly build a network within the company and stay up-to-date with current developments. You will also have the opportunity to communicate service requirements to developers and product managers, shaping our products.

In this role, you will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility for the external perception of Consolinno and our products.


Your profile:


  • Independent work style
  • Experience in customer care and support
  • Experience in managing service contracts and agreements
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to understand complex content and communicate it in simple terms
  • Experience in implementing service standards and processes
  • Experience in photovoltaics
