Good afternoon, my mother left me a weekend investment in Black Rock through Caja de Ingenieros since November. They have all the necessary documentation but they refuse to give it to me, making absurd excuses. It's not much, only about 14 euros, but I don't know what to do. I am currently unable to work due to a neurological illness. Please help me and explain your fees. I just want to put an end to this. Thank you in advance.
