Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) Refugee Aid:

Responsibilities:


As the deputy operations manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen in our refugee facility for asylum seekers.

With knowledge of the different cultural eating habits of their home countries, you and your team will provide the refugees with a small piece of home.


  • Personnel management, including scheduling, training, motivation, and development
  • Responsibility for operational management, accounting, and administration
  • Designing seasonal menus and implementing our culinary concepts
  • Role model and mentor for a genuine hospitality mentality and quality standards
  • Managing operations within budget, monthly closing, and reporting
  • Inventory, purchasing, and inventory management in accordance with central purchasing guidelines
  • Attractive presentation of our cuisine, promotional materials, and monthly promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
