Tasks:
- Supporting the sales team in Chemnitz
- Providing telephone consultations to existing and new customers
- Scheduling qualified leads for the media sales managers
- Documenting customer contacts in our CRM software
Qualifications:
- Strong phone skills (no sales, only appointment setting); outbound experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and a pleasant voice
- Proficient in common office programs
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills and a team player
