Your responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing questions, service requests, and technical issues from employees and colleagues
- Identifying initial errors
- Documenting inquiries and recording incoming calls
- Handling customer requests, including password and authorization management
- Forwarding technical issues to the appropriate departments
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, call center, or customer care
- IT enthusiasts without experience are also welcome
- Willingness to learn
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and good English skills (due to IT programs)
