Team mission:


Our mission is to ensure timely payment of all invoices and bills, maintain accurate books, and close month/quarter/year-end in a timely manner.

The Accounting Services Team aims to provide controls through our policies and procedures, including various functions related to the process of making non-payroll payments to suppliers and employees.

Identifying opportunities for process improvement is closely tied to these activities.


You will:


  • Enter incoming invoices into the system using appropriate account codes
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are properly accounted for and posted
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Manage all expenses, monitor reimbursements, and ensure compliance with Niantic's expense policy
  • Set up new supplier accounts and update existing supplier information as needed
  • Receive and sort all mail
  • Monitor workflow processes and independently find solutions to any issues that arise
