About us

The State Enterprise SIB, consisting of the headquarters in Dresden, seven branches throughout Saxony and the Central Land Management division, ensures professional, business-oriented real estate and construction management for the Free State of Saxony. The real estate management departments manage, control and optimize state properties as well as the rental of leased properties, and are responsible for facility management (FM) and building maintenance.

Interesting tasks

As a property manager, you will be the central point of contact for all real estate management services for users and external partners. Your main focus will be on procurement, management and monitoring of FM services, including quality assurance and optimization, as well as ensuring operator responsibility. You will assess the maintenance needs of technical systems and prioritize and manage building maintenance. You will also ensure that life cycle-oriented FM standards are met. Your tasks
