To support our digital department, we are currently looking for a student employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Chicago Heights, IL, starting immediately or by agreement.


Your tasks will include:

Assisting the Product Owner Pondus in creating requirements for our publishing software
Supporting our key users in monthly testing of new releases
Training new employees on Pondus functions and other web-based tools
Continuous data maintenance and responsible handling of data patches
Assisting our website administrator


Your qualifications:

Advanced studies in book sciences, publishing sciences, or a comparable qualification
Excellent understanding of common internet technologies, new media, and ideally previous experience with website management
Strong numerical understanding and ability to analyze and interpret data
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication skills, self-initiative, resilience, and a performance-oriented mindset complete your profile
