Your responsibilities will include:

Successfully selling our product range over the phone
Providing competent technical support and advice to customers
Actively processing and fulfilling orders while maintaining customer data in coordination with the sales team
Creating and following up on offers and handling complaints
Assisting with sales promotions and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization
Participating in customer and supplier events within reasonable limits
