What to expect

  • You will manage the cost management of building projects in the development, planning, and implementation phases.
  • This includes cost planning as well as measures for cost control and cost monitoring, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • You will support the overall project management in the processing of projects in the PSI (Project Support internal) area.
  • You will represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies.
  • You will work integrally with all departments (architecture, structural planning, building services, electrical engineering, site supervision, AVA) as well as external specialist planners.
  • You see the ATP Green Deal as a green guideline for implementing climate-neutral planning with the aim of sustainable buildings.

    • What you bring

  • You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of cost and schedule management of construction projects.
  • You have already demonstrated your negotiating skills.
  • You have knowledge of relevant approval and planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards.
  • You are very interested in software tools and have already acquired knowledge in programs such as iTWO.
