Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the transportation service in Regensburg and as a deputy for the entire Oberpfalz district
Together with the management, you will proactively develop the transportation service and optimize processes and procedures
You will be involved in organizing and calculating new contracts
Together with your dispatch team, you will handle daily operations: for example, creating schedules and routes while considering legal working, driving, and rest times, reporting, monitoring deadlines, and performing control tasks
You will be responsible for recruiting and selecting new staff
You will organize team meetings and lead them
You will be attentive to the concerns of our employees and support the training of new drivers
You will be responsible for quality management in the transportation service, including preparing, planning, and participating in internal and external audits
