We are currently seeking a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) with a 30% employment rate for an indefinite position in our residential group Ulme EG in Bridgetown, OH.

At Sonnenhof, we assist individuals with support needs.

Our goal is to support and guide these individuals in a way that strengthens them as independent personalities and allows them to live as self-determined as possible.

It is important to us to achieve a high quality of life for those with support needs through joint effort, dedication, and goal-oriented work.

Currently, there are 7 active and lively children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 16 with moderate support and developmental needs living in Ulme EG.

This position offers a lot of variety, responsibility, and creativity with curious and energetic children and teenagers who are eager to explore their surroundings and test boundaries.

Profile:

You have completed training as a Heilerziehungspfleger or educator (m/w/d) and enjoy working with younger children? You are willing to participate in specialized training? You have a lot of empathy, but can also set clear boundaries when needed? You are flexible, resilient, and a team player? Then you will enjoy working in this group.
