Description
*We are looking for a full-time employee to join our Product Management division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

*Your tasks:
*User Research
  • You gather industry insights to support the Product Tribes with top-notch consulting and insights
  • You create and update target audience personas
  • You identify user pains/needs and validate designs and concepts with our customers
*Product Design
  • You design innovative interfaces that align with features, user journeys, and transactional experiences to provide a top-notch B2C and B2B value proposition
  • You contribute to design initiatives and shape the culture of the design team
  • You create and use our design system
*Your profile:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a product designer and researcher or in a similar role
  • You feel confident using Figma, Miro/FigJam, Jira, Zeroheight/Zeplin, Dovetail, and Maze
  • You have the ability to lead design projects from discovery to development
  • You have a good understanding of front-end coding
  • Your proactive nature, systematic thinking, and structured approach set you apart
  • You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus
