Position Details:

Create a strategic territory plan to optimize call routes and maximize field time, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Maintain customer contacts and record follow-up details in Grainger's CRM system.
Proactively drive sales growth by utilizing various communication channels effectively and responding to customers' needs promptly.
Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators related to customer engagement.
Provide accurate reports on customer interactions and identify sales opportunities to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager for effective team coordination.

You Have:

1+ years of sales experience, along with a High School Diploma or GED; a two or four-year degree is preferred.
A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays based on territory requirements.
