Your Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for service orders and comprehensive consultation and support for customers
  • Further development of our service department
  • Monitoring and compliance with project goals, i.e. ensuring the quality, timely and cost-effective execution of all work
  • Calculation, quotation and post-processing
  • Preparation of interim and final invoices
  • Assuming responsibility for coordinating and carrying out maintenance and repair work
  • Close collaboration with our team to ensure our customers always receive first-class service

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering, knowledge of business administration is desirable
  • First experience in project management and construction site management
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
  • Convincing and assertive
  • High customer orientation and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as leadership skills and initiative complete your profile
