For our major client in Ostfildern, we are currently seeking a full-time Foreign Language Correspondent (m/f/d) to join our team in Guerra, TX.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing written correspondence within the company (emails, invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Interpreting at business meetings, negotiations, and trade fairs
  • Supporting foreign business partners
  • Communicating business information
  • Assisting and supporting in the back office
  • Coordinating appointments and business trips
  • Participating in projects and special tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent education
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills and open communication style
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
