We are currently seeking a Supervisor (m/f/d) for our location in South Pasadena, FL.


Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for a defined warehouse area
  • Professional and disciplinary management of team leaders and warehouse employees (up to 100 employees)
  • Control of the area of responsibility through quality and productivity metrics and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Daily demandoriented personnel planning and interface between branch management and team leaders
  • Ensuring and continuously improving all process flows
  • Use of the warehouse management system and organization, implementation, and monitoring of internal trainings

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in the logistics field or several years of professional experience in logistics
  • Independent and organized work style with a pragmatic handson mentality
