We sell these traditional wood and building materials online.


Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving, clarifying, and processing incoming complaints
  • Providing solutionoriented assistance
  • Customer support via written and telephone communication
  • Recording and checking product returns
  • Creating credit notes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement processes

Your Profile

  • Strong social skills
  • Customeroriented
  • Confident demeanor
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Organizational skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Completed commercial training and/or experience in customer service is advantageous
