Location: Munich and Berlin (1-2 days of home office per week), other locations in Europe possible (including Madrid, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg)

  • you will manage a portfolio of strategically important retailers in a category, such as toys, beauty, or PC, and gain insights into all areas of e-commerce at the EU level in this 360-degree role; vendor and customer experience are top priorities
  • you will bring new ideas to improve processes in the areas of finance and supply chain
  • you will develop a brand strategy based on data and KPIs to drive brand growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • management of new products and their launch
  • improvement of the customer journey and data analysis to provide recommendations for action
  • collaboration with various departments to implement new processes
