Bethel is looking for INCLUSION ASSISTANTS (M/F/D) FULL-TIME/PART-TIME to join our team in the area of integration support for inclusive assistance in kindergarten and school


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accompanying children in their daily school or kindergarten routine
  • Collaboration with professionals in the facilities YOUR PROFILE/

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are able to adapt to the needs of children and adolescents with disabilities
  • Your interaction with children is characterized by a high level of patience and calmness
  • You are reliable and responsible
  • You enjoy working in a team and have the ability to integrate into existing structures
  • Supporting the child's development in relation to their individual goals
  • Assisting with the organization and management of the school or kindergarten routine
  • Promoting communication and social interaction
  • Collaboration with parents and other professionals to ensure the child's well-being and development.
