Responsibilities:

  • Lease management for the leased real estate portfolio in the Stuttgart / Leinfelden area (support contract negotiations, tracking of indexations / option rights / dismantling obligations, etc.).
  • Ensuring rental payments (invoice plans / billing plans)
  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for our landlords/tenants and assigned contract partners within the contract portfolio
  • Conducting regular reporting through presentations, reports, and analyses with increased coordination effort and requirement for commentary/evaluation for internal recipients
  • Collaboration and coordination with internal interfaces (e.g. space management)
  • Negotiations and interface management between landlord or tenant, if necessary external, or also in the context of design
  • Consulting and providing real estate key figures
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and commenting on content/developments for plausibility in a roughly defined environment
  • Maintaining and updating the real estate database ATLAS
  • Coordination of insurance claims for department
