As an industrial clerk, you will be an important point of contact for them, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from the initial customer inquiry to the timely delivery of goods.

What to expect

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn all the basics of business administration: for example, how to create offers, the importance of order control, and how to create invoices.

You will also quickly become a pro at communicating with customers. You will be a reliable point of contact and answer inquiries by phone and email. In your apprenticeship, you will work with computer programs that make your daily work easier. These include our communication software and merchandise management systems. No matter what questions arise during your apprenticeship, you will always have a trainer by your side. And from day 1, you will be given responsibilities.

What you bring
If you have a general university entrance qualification, you fulfill an important requirement. It is also advantageous if you are interested in economic relationships and enjoy working with numbers.

Are you open-minded towards others and enjoy interacting with people? Great, because as an apprentice, you will come into contact with many customers.

And since they come from all over the world, it is important that you are able to communicate well in English.
