Your training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d)

In order to shape our plastic parts, we need professionals who can manufacture, maintain and repair our complex metal tools. This is where you come in: Become a tool mechanic (m/f/d) and demonstrate your manual skills.

This is what your training at Aptar looks like

During your 3.5 years of training, you will rotate through various departments in addition to working in our in-house training workshop, where you will not only learn about our toolmaking, but also many other areas such as our injection molding department.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute your own ideas in addition to your daily tasks.
You will build a network within the company as you get to know many colleagues from different departments during your training.
Your trainer will be your contact person for all questions regarding your professional training and will support you in preparing for your exams.

What you will learn during your training

In our in-house training workshop, you will acquire basic knowledge in metal processing.
You will learn all production steps for the manufacture of tools for the production of high-quality plastic products.
We will teach you all the knowledge and skills necessary for assembling, disassembling, maintaining and repairing injection molds.
